Oklahoma Possession limits
- With a valid card:
- Up to 3 oz of flower product
- Up to 6 mature and 6 plants at a private residence
- Up to 72 oz of ingestible products
- At home:
- The total daily possession limit is 8 oz of flower without exceeding plant limits.
- Without a card:
- Holding 1.5 oz or less, plus stating a medical condition, is a misdemeanor with a maximum $400 fine.

- VA diagnosis documented in medical records, or
- Evaluation by a psychiatrist, licensed psychologist, clinical social worker, or psychiatric APRN
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Terminal illness with a life expectancy of under six months
- Conditions qualifying for hospice care
- Rare diseases affecting fewer than 200,000 individuals in the U.S. that are not adequately managed with conventional (non-opioid) treatments
- Persistent pain lasting longer than two weeks and not relieved by traditional treatments (excluding opioids)
- Acute pain is expected to last for two or more weeks, such as post-surgical recovery
