Maryland Possession Limits
Maryland law establishes “personal use amounts” for adults 21+ with separate home cultivation rights for both patients & recreational users.
- Adults 21+ may possess up to 1.5 ounces of dried flower, 12 grams of concentrates, or 750mg total.
- Medical patients may purchase from dispensaries with valid medical cards.
- Home cultivation is permitted: maximum 2 plants per household for adults 21+, maximum 4 plants for medical patient households.
