New Hampshire Possession Limits
New Hampshire sets clear limits on how much medical cannabis patients can possess and purchase.
- New Hampshire medical cannabis card can be valid for up to three years, depending on the duration of the provider’s certification.
- Patients may possess up to 2 ounces total at any time.
- Patients may purchase up to 2 ounces every 10 days from any dispensary location.
- Cannabis must stay in original packaging when outside your home.
- Cannabis must be in locked container or trunk when transporting in vehicle.
- Minors need certifications from two doctors (one must be a pediatrician) and a parent/guardian caregiver.
- Out-of-state patients with NH-qualifying conditions can purchase the same amount of cannabis as In-state residents.
